General information:
This equipment is used for speciation measurement by HPLC coupled with UV/Gamma detection.
Principle of operation:
Separation, qualitative and quantitative detection of ions contained in simple or complex solutions are performed using AS20 columns containing ion exchange resins, reverse phase C18 250 mm/4.6 mm column. The concentration of each ion is determined with
a UV detector, by measurement of the peak area. Experiments can be carried out with the UV detector and/or combined with a Gamma detector for radioactive isotopes.
