HPLC coupled with a radioactivity detector
These devices are used to study speciation using a HPLC coupled with both UV/Gamma detectors.
Characteristics
- module 1: solvent rack
- module 2: High pressure quaternary pump (800 bars)
- module 3: automatic sampler
- module 4: column oven (temperature up to 80°C)
- module 5: UV-visible photodiode array (200-800 nm)
- gamma detector: 2 different detectors can be used (I inch NaI 1 or 1 mm NaI)
- miscellaneous: Chromeleon Data software version 6.80
Principle of operation and applications
Separation, qualitative and quantitative detection of species contained in solutions using chromatographic columns.
This chain allows the on-line detection of species via a photodiodes array and / or a gamma detector (2 NaI probes of different sizes available).
